    The 3rd Western China International Fair Import and Export Expo & Western China (Sichuan) International Investment Conference (hereinafter referred to as the “WCIF-IEE”) is guided Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,  to thoroughly implement the series of Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the work in Sichuan and the spirit of his congratulatory letter to The 17th WCIF, and to earnestly implement spirit of the central government’s economic work conference and the 3rd and 4th plenary sessions of the 11th Provincial CPC Committee Conference. Also, upon the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of P.R.C., and adhere to the new development concept and high-quality development requirements, to build the WCIF-IEE into an important platform for opening up and cooperation echoing Western China International Fair, serving Sichuan's deep integration into the “Belt and Road” construction and the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, also serving Sichuan’s major deployment of “one main stream with multiple branches, and five districts coordinated development”, “four-way expansion, full-area opening up” and the “5 1” modern industrial system construction.
